1. Arrival & Intention Setting

We’ll start the workshop with a warm welcome to help you settle in. You'll meet the facilitators and learn more about what we’ll be doing in our time together.

2. Awaken Your Senses

Through conscious breath and a gentle body scan, you’ll reconnect with your awareness, body and senses — helping you tune into your hunger, emotions, and what you really need. No pressure, just presence.

3. Understanding Cravings

Why do we reach for food when we’re not hungry? We’ll talk about the real difference between emotional and physical hunger — and how to respond in a way that feels good. Expect relatable insights, honest reflection, and a fresh perspective on eating.

4. Body Wisdom Exploration

Get ready for mindful movement and a guided meditation session to reconnect with your body’s natural signals.

5. Short BREAK to Refresh

A short break to relax before diving into the delicious next part.

6. Cooking Demo

Watch a live cooking demo that’s both inspiring and practical. You’ll learn how to prepare satisfying, balanced snacks that support your body — without following any diet rules.

7. Mindful Tasting Experience

Get your favourite snack to slow down and truly savor food with a guided sensorial activation. This practice will help you enjoy every bite with all your senses — a small but powerful exercise you can take into daily life.

8. Closing Circle

We’ll wrap up the experience with a Q&A and a final reflection on what you're taking with you. Think good vibes, new tools, and the start of a more peaceful relationship with food.

👥 Meet Your Facilitators

Paulina
Certified Mexican nutrition coach based in Germany, specialized in vegan nutrition. After years of struggling with weight, anxiety, and burnout, she discovered how stress and a poor relationship with food impacted her hormonal health. She now helps women nourish themselves without fear, balance hormones, and feel good in their bodies — without dieting. 

Zu Solares
Certified Trauma-Informed Somatic Guide and Embodiment Mentor. A descendant of the Curanderas of Oaxaca, she turned her own experience with chronic illness and burnout into deep healing.
