- May 30 - Fight: Healthy Anger. Reclaim anger without guilt or overwhelm. Channel power cleanly without harming yourself or others.
- June 13 - Flight: Calming the Urge to Run. Soften anxiety, urgency, and over-functioning. Learn to stay present instead of escaping into speed or mental spirals.
- June 27 - Fawn: Ending Self-Abandonment. Stop over-explaining, over-apologising, and shrinking. Build relational dignity without losing connection.

I recently attended the SOS workshop and wasn’t entirely sure what to expect.
