Yesterday I attended the SOS Nervous System Regulation workshop, and after two hours of breathwork, yoga and sound therapy, I felt that my nervous system had reset and my body felt refreshed and balanced. Thank you Zu and Sonja for this amazing journey. A beautiful place where you immediately feel at home. Looking forward for the next workshop and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in learning new tools to face challenging emotions like stress and sadness.

I recently attended the SOS workshop and wasn’t entirely sure what to expect.
