This is a series of structured, science-based, immediately practical workshops that will teach you to self-regulate by working directly at the source.

Using trauma-informed somatic techniques, breath-work, guided meditation, self-awareness, and sound integration, you’ll learn how to:
✔ Shift out of fight, flight, freeze or fawn in real time
✔ Reduce emotional reactivity
✔ Calm your body without suppressing emotion
✔ Build resilience that lasts beyond each session

Certified Trauma-Informed Somatic, Nervous System Regulation & Embodiment Coach. 
I work with high-performing professionals navigating stress, burnout, and emotional overload.
My method combines Somatic Experiencing principles, polyvagal regulation tools, breathwork, movement, and structured integration practices.
This is grounded, embodied work — not surface-level wellness.
